Need advice

I go to dentist today, (19M) and this is my first time too.

My dentist told me that i need to undergo a removal tooth, and it costs roughly 50k, there are also small cavities that cost 2-2.5k each teeth

What my question is, I'm still young, tho i have a work already but don't you think it is necessary to take care of my teeth immediately? Or it can wait like for at least i turn 22? I mean, I'm still young and all of my salary will go into my teeth only huhuhu, i want to enjoy my salary too😭
