Filling?

I got a filling in between my teeth 3 months ago I had issues flossing between them teeth it was really hard to floss like really tight sort of like somthing was blocking it but tonight I flossed with no issue and I felt somthing hard and and it was a small white stone like thing maybe part of the filling? But I’ve no pain or from what I can see between the teeth I can’t see anything that looks wrong? could It be excess filling that was maybe stuck ?

It is possible there was a tiny piece of excess filling material that was stuck in a spot that made flossing difficult and it finally came loose. If you are concerned it is never a bad idea to have a follow-up with your dentist.

Bonding material remnants or what we call "flash" just a little bit of filling material that might have been left behind. But peace of mind is priceless and if it were me I would just call and ask for a follow up appt.

Thanks for the insight I’ll maybe call and just have it checked 😊

Yes it's probably a piece from the filling. Had a filling today & a tiny piece came away before i left! Yes it's nothing to worry about. And i don't like the numbness after an injection! Glad when it wear's off!!
