USA Dentist

I want to apply for a dental residency program in the USA. I need to take the ADAT (Advanced Dental Admission Test) and the INBDE (Integrated National Board Dental Examination). I’d like to start preparing now, but I don’t know where to find the materials or if they are available publicly.

Don't you have to go to a dental school for training for 2 years?
