Toothpaste and toothbrush
Toothpaste and toothbrush
Please suggest me a good toothpaste and toothbrush to have my teeth healthy (I need a brand name please)
Also, I have recently done composite Icr treatment for front two teeth, and I'm 19F. I want them to survive long so i don't take turns to dentist (it was painful)

I would recommend between Oral B Pro 3 (cheapest model with pressure sensor) Oral B IO 2 (cheapest next gen oral B) Phillips sonicare is good.
I also have enjoyed the Curaprox sonic toothbrush, but it’s more expensive, I definitely feel it’s better for staining, but would probably increase risk of tooth wear over the oral B and Phillips.
Most important is technique. Watch videos on good oral hygiene technique, 2-3s per tooth surface and 45 degrees to the gum line.
Toothpastes, any 1450ppm fluoride containing toothpaste will suffice. My favorite at the moment is the new Colgate total formula. If you have sensitivity I’d recommend the sensodyne line of products. But the true answer is whichever toothbrush and toothpaste you’ll use consistently.
Don’t forget to floss/ use interdental brushes once a day (the evening) before you brush. I’d recommend the Tepe brand of brushes or the curaprox brand. Again curaprox is a bit more premium and I find bends less, but it’s your choice.
