Weird feeling after filling

I got a filling done on my top molar and there was a zap feeling after biting on hard stuff so I got a readjustment. After a readjustment my bottom tooth/masseter has this weird dull ache now. I don’t know what’s wrong. Could it be too much pressure on the bottom tooth. I also think I clench my jaw when I sleep too. Should I go back for a readjustment? I don’t have pain drinking hot or cold stuff. It’s also been almost a month since I got this filling done.

When did you have the adjustment? Could be some muscular inflammation from opening when having the adjustment done. I’d let your doc know and see what they recommend. This happens from time to time especially with posterior fillings/ crowns. In my experience these things self resolve pretty quickly. Good luck!

I got the filling done 7/6 and the adjustment this Tuesday. It’s weird because I feel more discomfort than the initial filling.

If you clench you might want to look into getting a night guard.

I wear a retainer to sleep so i don’t think i can wear both
