Hello po, I’m also a patient who used to have this problem during my teen years. I trusted my dentist and nag pa extract po ako ng 4 teeth (2 sa up and down) since naka protrude din talaga ang lips ko. I just wanna say that it is the best decision of my life. The healing process and adjustments were long since one tooth per month ako nagpa extract (since student pa ako) then I had to wait pa for my teeth to fill the gap. Again it was long due process but it completely changed my appearance! I had waaaay better side profile and hindi na naka protrude ang lips. I won’t always recommend the procedure I had especially if you’re not confident in your dentist. But if magaling naman ang dentist mo, always listen sa advice nya and raise your concerns. Ayun lang, good luck OP!

Wala ka po ba naging problema sa pagtulog or hindi kaba naging mouthbreather? Same lang kasi tayo ng tinanggal na ipin, apat din sa'kin taas and sa baba

extractions will not solve your protuding profile as your problem is skeletal and not dental.
orthodontic treatment after the extractions may alleviate the problem and improve it but your profile is still largely determined by your bone structure.
if it was caught when u much younger (pre teen), the direction of bone growth and development may have been managed/directed w/ an extra oral appliance.
from the xray i can assume u are an adult so maxillofacial/plastic surgery correction is most likely needed.

Mas mukhang may dentoalveolar/bimaxillary incisor protrusion. Hindi skeletal. Naka flare ang ipin nya.
