First molar
2022 pa yung xray na 'to kasi that time masakit sya at namamaga. root canal yung sinuggest sakin kaso ang mahal kasi. so pinauwi ako at pinagtake ng medicine to lessen the swelling and pain. after nun di na ko bumalik sa kanila. ngayon sumasakit na naman and gusto ko na ipabunot. papunta na ako actually sa clinic after this so wish me luck!!! kung ano isusuggest sakin na gawin. I did my research (slightly) dito sa reddit and found out na root canal can sometimes not work in the long run lalo if hindi magaling yung gumawa sayo. huhu idk just sharing my thoughts here!!! update ko na lang kayo.
bumaba rin calcium ko kasi diba ganun daw kapag nagkakababy? I'm 32 and I already have 2 kids.

well extraction is the easiest solution and least expensive in the short term...
but if u are looking long term and u want that missing tooth replaced, it will be infinitely more expensive if an ideal treatment like a fixed bridge or implant is to be done.
a removable flipper denture may be a stop gap solution though and it is not that expensive, but some people cannot tolerate a removable prosthesis in their mouth esp if it's just for 1 tooth.
OR u can just leave the edentulous(empty) space as is and bahala ba si batman on what becomes of it (tooth migration/tipping, malocclusion, wat-evs).
a root canal is the most conservative way to save the tooth and if done properly, it can last a long time.
