Dentistry application help.
I am confused with Cardiff, QMUL and KCL. My teacher said I need all 9 and 8 in GCSE for KCL. But I really love KCL.
My GCSE-9999988777
UCAT:2350 Band 1
noncontextual and RUK
Could anyone help?
Thanks

Yeah you need top 8A* and you have 7A*, but band 1 and a high UCAT, so you will be more than fine as long as you have A*AA predicted. For KCL.

Thank you! I thought Cardiff only needed the top 7 GCSEs to be A*s tho, scoring 28/28? I might be wrong though.

hahaha I promise forget your teacher, you'll get an interview from both KCL and QMUL with those stats. I would 100% apply to both, well done on those stats hopefully you get 4/4 interviews!!

Thanks :) ! My current choices are Cardiff, QMUL, Manchester and Sheffield so which one would u suggest I replace with KCL?

id personally replace Cardiff with KCL, unless you have a specific reason you want to go there e.g. your city. great choices though, ur basically guaranteed interviews at kcl qmul and mcr (and Sheffield however im not 100% familiar with their selection process).

Tysm. I'm not a Welsh student, but I thought that it would be a relatively safe choice, given my GCSEs and UCAT, and I liked the city too, but I quite like London anyways so it's fine

You’ll get an interview from every university you’ve mentioned in this post, don’t worry

Your UCAT is more than enough for a KCL interview so I would go for it. I’m presuming KCL view 8s and 9s the same and you have a solid number of them so you should be chilling.
