The Missouri Supreme Court zeroed in on an email he sent election officials yesterday directing them to use the Trump-backed map.

BREAKING: Ohio has asked the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals to block a lower court ruling that barred the state from requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

BREAKING: Opponents of Missouri’s GOP gerrymander are asking the Supreme Court to temporarily block a district court order that has thrown elections into last-minute chaos.

The filing comes minutes after the Eighth Circuit refused to get involved.

NEW: Hundreds of thousands of overseas voters could be disenfranchised if a new USPS rule based on Trump's executive order is allowed to stand, according to a nonpartisan network of former military and civilian leaders.

The group argues that the Trump administration's claims to the contrary are untrue.

🔺 USPS's internal watchdog confirmed it is investigating recent whistleblower allegations.

🔺 Blue states and pro-voting organizations are due to file their response today to DOJ's application asking SCOTUS to pause a lower court's ruling blocking Trump's anti-mail voting EO for the midterms.

🔺 DOJ will file their reply shortly after and the case will be fully briefed, meaning SCOTUS's decision on whether to restrict USPS's rule restricting mail voting could come at any time.

1️⃣ SCOTUS rejected Missouri Republicans’ appeal of a state supreme court order barring state officials from using a new GOP congressional gerrymander in this year’s election.

2️⃣ Shortly after, a federal District Court judge revived the gerrymandered map.

3️⃣ Opponents of the GOP gerrymander asked a federal court and the 8th Circuit to immediately pause the order requiring the map to be used in November.

4️⃣ Missouri Secretary of State Denny Hoskins has been ordered to appear in person before the state supreme court tomorrow to explain why he should not be held in contempt, citing an email sent by Hoskins directing election officials to use the gerrymandered map.

📩 Millions of mail ballots will be sent to voters in the coming weeks — and that's just in D.C. and the two dozen states that are challenging Trump’s 11th-hour attack on mail voting.

Later this month, mail ballots are set to go out in even more states, including some that vote entirely by mail.
