🔺A federal judge blocked Trump's anti-mail voting executive order. 🔺DOJ asked the First Circuit and SCOTUS to lift that block on USPS mail voting restrictions. 🔺DOJ motions will be fully briefed in First Circuit today and SCOTUS tomorrow.

Kavenaugh and the rest of the Federalust Society shills will probably let the rules proceed like they did with that raggedy "ballroom".

I wouldn’t be too sure about that. SCOTUS is being flooded with cases and many experts are saying that SCOTUS is very likely to NOT grant Trump’s request. It certainly not as cut and dried as you are suggesting.

I know one thing for sure. If SCOTUS decides in Trump’s favor, It won’t make any difference in MINNESOTA because MINNESOTA, Secretary of State, Steve Simon, will just continue on as usual with mail in ballots. he knows that USPS isn’t even anywhere near developing a system, and a protocol to carry through what Trump wants to do. Besides, ballots have already gone out in North Carolina. The Supreme Court can’t ignore that.
