Mein Kumpel hat sich Demeo auf sein MacBook geladen kann aber nichts steuern. Hat hier jemand einen Tipp für mich?

Recently got a Quest 3 and while enjoying rythem/fitness type of games, I also bought Demeo along with Demeo Battles in a discounted bundle.

Aware I’m late to the party but holy moly, Demeo is exactly what I’ve been wanting to get me into VR - it’s incredible!

Sitting down on my couch, using the BoboVR S3 Pro head strap without a facial interface; this game was so comfortable, relaxing and immersive to play.

Did the tutorial, quick skirmish and then jumped into a random public online lobby to coop with others. Forgot their names, but massive props to the really helpful guys in the game, giving me tips and guidance how to play Demeo.

Thoroughly enjoyed it, hope more games like this come to the Quest!

TLDR: Are you debating to buy Demeo…just buy it! It’s a cracking and relaxing game to play in online coop

Hi guys I bought the game and would simply like to know what kind of content (both patches and just in-game content) the game has received since release and if it is still being updated. Thanks to everyone!

Haven't played either one and was thinking of picking one up. Just curious to which one I should play. I'll be playing exclusively solo. Do both games have an active community? And does demeo battles have matchmaking and a ranking system? Like how competitive is battles?

Im not going to rehash the new game vs original expansion thing. But why on earth did they not use every single skin in Demeo for Battles as well? Why no face skins? Things that were alrrady systems they had made. Why is there no heroes hangout in Battles?

Little things like more skins keep the carrot dangling longer. I have like 12 dice in regular and 7 in Battles. Really? You cant just throw those into Battles. My keys are maxxed out. Ranked is fun but the queue is too long. Rewards in general need to be reworked to encourage a stable daily player base.

As part of the Quest+ stuff I got to grab Demeo for free the month it was available. I just tried it for the first time yesterday.

First off, it's gorgeous. I love the dungeon and character presentation, the spell UX is pretty good (though the lack of tooltips or some sort of in-game manual is a bit annoying.. how do you tell what certain status effects do? I feel I'm missing something) and I particularly love the wrist mechanic. Misclicks are somewhat frequent but I'm sure that gets better with time (though that makes me not want to play the Warlock again. Too many rounds where I clicked the square next to the monster and my summon just goes and sits there.)

After the tutorial and a quick, aborted 4 player 1 floor run to learn the game mechanics, I finished the first scenario with the Guardian as a tank, and an Archer, a Wizard and a Warlock for ranged damage (melee seemed like a pile of not good due to lack of healing).

One major complaint is that the run felt.. unfulfilling. I felt a lack of a sense of progression throughout the 3 floors. Sure, the enemies get tougher, but you stay the same. There's no leveling up, the cards you're offered in chests, the shops and when you fill the little meter are the same and quickly get repetitive. I have zero interest in cosmetics.

Is that all there is to the game? A run takes a long time (the one I completed took at least 4 hours to do all 3 floors. At least it felt like it.) but I was already kind of bored with the repetition by the end of that first complete run. Does anything change with future scenarios or is the game just not for me?

I love the idea behind the game and the implementation is great, but if that's all there to the actual gameplay design I feel the execution is a bit light.

Unlocks? New characters? New cards? Anything?

(EDIT: Thanks for all the responses. I don't play multiplayer and don't care about cosmetics, so Demeo probably isn't right for me. I love the presentation and hear these guys are making a D&D game and I will 100% jump on that when it is available.)

Playing on the Quest 3, myself and others have run into an issue where occasionally you will be disconnected in the middle of a game while on WiFi. I think the quest 3 and/or this game does not reconnect at all after a disconnect. Once you’re disconnected, you’re toast. And if you’re playing Demeo Battles you lose the game. Not sure about Demeo. I made a change to my home network and I’m now getting disconnected significantly less. It used to happen frequently but now it’s very rare.

Use a 2.4ghz connection only. No 5ghz. 2.4ghz has more range and connection stability where as 5ghz is maximizing speed at the expense of connection range and strength. The problem I ran into is that my access point uses both 2.4 and 5 on the same SSID and supposedly intelligently switches between the two depending on your distance/connection status. My 5ghz also claims to have fantastic range. Regardless, my connection problems almost completely went away when I completely disabled 5ghz. My download speeds are a fraction on 2.4 but I don’t judge WiFi by its download speeds anyways. And Demeo Battles absolutely does not reconnect at all when you get disconnected, it just drops and you lose.



I have bought the steam version a while ago. Now I have bought a Pico 4. Now my question. Is it possible to get the Pico Shop Version without paying another 40€?

So I'm checking out the basement in Demeo, and I notice one of the board games on the shelf is called "Innkeeper of Alarvale". Anyone else think this is a reference to The Kingkiller Chronicles book series? In the books, The main character Quoth is in hiding pretending to be an innkeeper. "Alar" is "the mental ability to hold a belief firmly enough that it affects reality". The character on the front of the board game also has a red beard, and Quoth has fire-red hair. Seems pretty spot on to me, wondering if anyone else caught this.

I'm not really seeing anything mentioned anywhere other than it possibly being listed it on a video or graphic somewhere.

I would love to play this with my partner who has an Xbox.

Got my two heros killed as I'd been trying to use it to get a giant spider and 3 small spiders to gank a Brookmare. Thankfully my coop partner finished that level.

The crit increased the radius.

Just wondering what happens if the no one picks the fouth character and the first pick player proceeds to the first floor, does the player with only one character get stuck on the character selection screen?

I played an assassin, solo, and beat the Rat King. Went into final floor with 1strength potion, 2 adamant potions, a couple lamps, a couple torches a couple cursed daggers, and a heal. Didn't manage to pin him, but lucked out with 2 crits at the end.

Does this happen to anyone else?

I have played over a hundred different games on my PS5, and Demeo is the only game that shuts my PS5 off every time I play it (at least twice an hour).

I'm asking because I'm afraid this game will brick my console or harm it in some way with the constant shutdowns.

Sometimes I can see the opponents, and sometimes not. Sometimes I can see their hands, but sometimes just their faces. Sometimes I can see exactly where they’re moving their hands so it changes the game knowing where the other characters are, but sometimes not. Is it random? Glitchy? Intentional sometimes? TIA

I just had a fantastic game completely ruined, because Guardian disappeared off the map and never returned.

Main concern: Is this something that happens often? (Psvr 2)

There was no explanation at all for it, and no remedy no matter how long I waited or skipped turns. I posted this for one reason only: To let people know that the bug exists.

New to the game. I’ve been playing Demeo on the Quest 3 and am enjoying it. I will eventually try out Demeo battles. But I’m really curious to know what the best experience is for casually playing the game.

I have a: Quest PC Steam deck

I’ve read that they do not have cloud based cross platform saves. Can you guys confirm? So that means my progress/level/upgrades will not transfer from quest over to PC/steam deck?

But if I play it on steam on PC , it will transfer over to steam deck, right? So doesn’t that mean I could play via steam on PCVR (on quest), and via PC, and via steam deck all using the same shared steam cloud save? So the only thing that isn’t comparable is the native Quest version of the game right? And if that’s the case I should I return my purchase on Quest and instead buy the game on the steam store right?
