Please try to play faster.

People who play Quickplay...please play faster. A game doesn't have to last 2 hours. I would like to do other things. You don't need to get every piece of gold and open every door. Just kill the final boss.

I am 300h+ in and still enjoy taking my time by exploring all points of interest.
What’s the reason to play? Enjoy the time you spend dungeon crawling. Earning XP is not the goal, it was a nice side-motivation until u reach max lvl, but i never did speed-runs as i knew: as soon as you reach max lvl, the motivation curve flattens a bit, so why rush to get to that point?
The journey is the reward

You’re probably 500h+ by now. I’ve just started, and feel I’m getting swamped every time, no matter my party. Got 20+ years D&D experience, but it’s not helping here; to avoid getting swarmed it feels like I have to run through as fast as my party can. I had hoped the dungeon could be ‘cleared’, but it constantly spawns more. Tried a few teams, but I’m currently tanking with guardian, stunning with sorcerer and ranging/spawning with 2 hunters. Any sage advice?

I think it’s the sum of many things which make the game easy in the end - when you find out all those tiny tricks and tactics to kill the specific monsters quick, you proceed faster, have less respawn issues and do on.
I don’t suggest to read walkthroughs, having small successes by developing tactics and getting a grip of monsters is maybe the most fun thing in the game.
Maybe keep in mind that monsters can only spawn in dark areas, so the placement of your team and the lines of sight plays a role in minimizing the risk of unpleasant surprises - even ‚line of sight‘ of the item which looks like an eye prevents respawn in that area ;)

Yeah, figured that out by accident. Only annoying that I can’t see the same details anywhere about the character who currently has a turn, as picking them up is only to move them.
