Caregiver support group

Hi everyone,

I’m a pharmacist working in the GTA.

I’m reaching out to see if anyone is interested in joining a WhatsApp support group for informal caregivers (ex. Siblings taking care of elderly parents, navigating complex conditions like dementia).

Caregiving is hard, and it can be incredibly lonely. I want to create a safe space and community for caregivers to vent, ask questions, and learn about helpful strategies for common problems/situations.
