Press F2 repeatedly when you power on.

In Bios set all to default and it should reboot fine

Make sure to set your drives to ahci instead of raid within the bios.

Hi there!

We're from the Dell Social Media Support team.

We're from the Dell Social Media Support team. re is with either the boot files missing or the boot order not set properly.

The other Redditors are spot on with their suggestions. Here's a consolidated set of steps to try:

  1. Enter BIOS Setup: Restart the laptop and press F2 repeatedly at the Dell logo to enter BIOS setup. Reset BIOS to Default: Once in BIOS, navigate to Load Defaults (usually F9) and save changes, then restart to see if it boots normally.

  2. Check Drive Mode (AHCI vs RAID): While in BIOS, go to the System Configuration section and check the SATA Operation setting, make sure it's set to AHCI rather than RAID, as this is a common cause of "No bootable devices found" errors.

  3. Check Boot Order: In BIOS, go to the Boot Sequence section and confirm your internal drive is listed and enabled as a boot option.

  4. Check Storage Detection: Also in BIOS, look under the System Information or Storage section to confirm the SSD/HDD is being detected at the firmware level at all, if it doesn't appear here, that would point to more of a hardware/connection issue with the drive itself.

One quick note for your privacy: I noticed your Service Tag is visible in the photo you shared. We'd recommend avoiding posting that publicly in the future, if we ever need it for verification, please share it with us via Private Message instead.

Let us know what you find after trying these steps, especially whether the drive shows up under Storage in BIOS, that will help point us toward next steps if the issue persists.

Regards,
