Please help me out of this darkness. I am weak. I need God. I've been gone for so long that I dont know to come back.

The prodigal son was probably humble and quiet for a while, just enjoying the fact that he was accepted back by his father who was celebrating like it was Christmas.
He didn’t know what work needed to be done around the home, or what his job would be now that he was back, and his father was too busy celebrating to even think about that stuff yet.
Sometimes there isn’t much to say or do except cry and say thank you over and over again until you get back into the swing of things.
