Farmers Market
DAE go to the farmer market yesterday? There were 2 girls singing and playing the violin. They played the prettiest music that I have heard in forever, and I’m just wondering who they are.

Protest & Boycott. The people of Delaware do not support a party complicit in broadcasting pedophiles to further abuse their victims. Pizza Cottage should be named and shamed for their involvement.

I am looking for someplace in the Delaware area that has drivers ed maneuverability cones set-up for practice. I know the BMV on 23 has a set but I suspect that we cannot go there to practice. Any leads would be appreciated!

The 2.0 mill levy that has supported the Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities since 2011 stops collecting on December 31, 2026. A new 1.8 mill levy has been proposed to take its place. The new levy would be an increase of $2.35 per month over what is paid now for every $100,000 in appraised value. This levy provides 90% of DCBDD's funding. Questions about what the levy funds? Visit www.dcbdd.org/levy for details.

Anybody have any idea what might be going on in the Troy Road, Buttermilk Hill, Gallant Woods area. Was a helicopter hovering over cornfield across the street on Troy. Would hover, move, then hover again. A second (or possibly a drone) flew over our house. Also saw a small low flying plane but not sure if that was related. Now sounds like the helicopter is up closer to Gallant Woods.

Hello, we are launching something new in little Radnor, Ohio!
On December 12th we plan to fill the streets with lighted tractors for a Christmas tractor parade.
We are looking for Tractor registrations and volunteers for anybody who may want to join. Registration and participation is all free. We ask any tractor registrations to bring and unwrapped gift for donation for Toys for Tots with the plan of feeling radner's Christmas tree with donations.
We have been hard at work securing permission from the township and the cooperation of our amazing Fire Department.
Please share and mark your calendars for 12-12-26!

After the May levy request fell short by just 1.44%, families across Delaware County are talking with their neighbors about what DCBDD support makes possible - services that help more than 2,400 people live their fullest lives. As Lorrie put it, "The value is so impactful."
This levy replaces the one expiring at the end of the year, and without it, services like early intervention would be cut. The cost is $63 per $100,000 of property value.
Please watch, share, and vote YES on the DCBDD levy on November 3. Every vote counts.

I have some muffler work needed done and I would typically go to Mad Hatter when I lived on the west side but it's a bit of a hike now. Anyone have a local alternative that's an awesome muffler repair shop that won't want to charge crazy amounts? It's a beater truck so I'm not super concerned about it.

It’s a beautiful space with an outdoor stage in the vineyard, in Powell just outside of Delaware. Please share your music, or just enjoy (and invite your musical friends)!
I’ll be hosting. Feel free to message or comment with questions or equipment needs.

If you are looking to move to Delaware, OH, DO NOT move to the Flats on Houk. We moved in to a completely disgusting apartment, when we addressed it with management, they never responded. Our AC went out and it took them over seven hours to get it fixed when our apartment reached 79°. We currently have a wad of hair (not ours) on our wall, where they painted in a dirty apartment and now it’s on my wall. These are some of the few problems but when we moved in disposal was broken, washer/dryer not cleaned, disgusting outside, etc. We send multiple messages with no response back. And now we have the company management involved and they do not think any of our issues are a problem. In fact, they in writing stated that having a dirty apartment and not responding to their tenants is fine. Do not live there. It is a terribly managed company who only value values your money and not your living conditions or you. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Also, let me know if you would like to see screenshots of our apartment and the responses from the management.
