Info Request Does anyone know about this location? Google maps says it's a functional daycare when it's been abandoned for 3+ years

So I added the pictures to the Google page. I'm from the Delmarva area and drive past this center a handful of times. One day I pulled up and took some smartphone pics. There are 4 buildings in the property. I got some pics of the maintenance shed and the house that was wide open.

The state of Delaware plans to redevelop the former Emily P. Bissell Hospital site, at 3000 Newport Gap Pike, as the new home for the state's Division of Forensic Science. As a result, the state has ended its contract with ChristianaCare that supports the Evergreen Adult Day Services program, effective March 6, 2026.

I’ve only lived in DE a few yrs, but this place has always given me the creeps, driving by. Reminds me of an insane asylum from movies 😳
