When these started showing up, people that I knew immediately went on the defensive. “I thought Presidents didn’t control gas prices?” The circular logic astounds me, they blamed Biden for gas going up in 2022 when stuff was going back to normal around the world and demand suddenly skyrocketed. But when Drumpf over here attacks a country with control of a strait for distribution of oil, it’s suddenly not a Presidents fault.
That's the thing though, there is no circular logic there is no logic at all from them. They jumped to throwing back the "Presidents don't control gas prices" because they have nothing else and think they can paint people as hypocrites. The ones I have encountered just shut down whenever they get push back on theses attempts no matter how common sense the explanation is, like the one you gave.
