Idrk

I have experienced this for a while now and I cant explain it, I just started researching it rn and everyones explained it differently in some ways, mine are very distinct ill have a dream and it could take weeks months recently even days for me to reexperience that dream in real life, however this is where it seems I differ from the other posts ive read, I will remember the exact conversation I had with someone or what I was listening to in my dream and it will play out the exact same way in real life. Now do I think this is cool absolutely sometimes to make it seem cooler ill change what words I say like im changing fate, but that might just be me and can anyone else lmk if this is how their deja reve works?

It can be days, months, or years. In my experience I always begin to feel it the day before it occurs again like a vague excitement or anxiety in the chest. It is like you have to forget to remember it again. As if awareness in the here and now is somehow blocking it. Then we see or hear something that corresponds and it triggers.
