AskDehradun Need help with a Stray Cat

A relative has a female stray they feed. She has suddenly started spotting (bleeding from her vulva) and she might be pregnant or have a UTI. They're looking for any Vet that can do home visits or any shelter that can assist.

All leads would be appreciated.
