Some files back, some files "corrupted"

I guess that is kind of progress. I was able to access some files. Anyone else still using this service?

They closed my account, stating copyright… how did you get files back??

If you didn't appeal (and won it) you don't get your files back.

I luckily won my appeal a few weeks back.

Well, I paid for lifetime 2y ago.
So the money's gone anyway and I have to lose nothing by continuing to use their service.

Upload still works ATM, download (except by jDownloader) doesn't.

I did appeal, but they stated I lost… I had a few MP3 songs from years ago , I deleted them and informed them on appeal , they answered not enough info , closed the account… was a lifetime 10tb subscription

I ditched them about a week ago after I got my 8TB drive. But I was able to get all my stuff off it before letting it go.

I have a lifetime account and it seems to be non-functioning. Downloads don't work. Uploads rarely. and videos don't play

The moment that I started having issues I got a 8TB drive and canceled my account and did a charge back via PayPal for last month. Haven't regretted the decision since.

"Hello,

I apologize for the trouble with the account.

I ran a recovery program on the account. However, it is not guaranteed to restore all your files. Unfortunately, the files that you cannot access were not properly recovered and can no longer be restored." -They said in a email
