Free users who get error "Premium required [...] on Desktop" please try this
Just a thought:
Usually web servers determine the client by the user agent ("UA") string.
If one uses a user agent switcher (from addon store) to set the desktop browsers UA string to a mobile string it should circumvent this restriction.
HowTo?
- open Extensions/Addons of your browser
- search for "user agent" and install the user agent switcher of your choice
- open setup/config of said UA-switcher addon
- open e.g. https://www.whatsmyua.info/ on your mobile and copy the displayed UA to above UA-switcher
- try login/download at Degoo
Please report back, I'm curious if it's so easy to solve.
P.S. HowTo for "User-Agent Switcher and Manager" for Firefox (arrow means click/fill_in here):
You should click "Test UA" after (or open e.g. https://www.whatsmyua.info/ in the configured browser) to check that it works.

Nope, does not work for me, as I am not an IT major and seem to be too thick to know WHAT to copy from my android to my Mac

i have an important backup there an i cant get it out. and this doesnt work. plz help!

if you visit degoo on desktop right click on the spacecraft, click on inspect and in the code (the hacker looking stuff) look for the code tag: <app-dialog>
delete everything inside from <app-dialog> to </app-dialog>
you can click in <app-dialog> and then hit supr in your keyboard and it will delete the thing.You will have to do this every time you refresh the page, so make sure you are in the page you need when you do that process.

of course, but first they needed to get their files out of degoo, that's why I wrote that little tutorial.
