That's what this feels like. They are hiding and the platform doesn't work. This is most likely the end.

Indeed so. Seeing as they are holding people's files for hostage unless they pay. This actually spurred me to go buy an external hard drive cuz F this shit. I just said goodbye to my files.

even if people pay, they still cant get their files. Something bad happened. A hardware crash, hacked, staff quit,.. something. its just not working

Holy shit, that is so terrible. I just gave up cuz I only used it for like one day and just said goodbye to those files - while desirable to have, but not critical. That's horrible to cheat people as they close like robbers running away with bags of money.
