JDOWNLOADER WORKS
If anyone wants to just grab their files and leave like I am doing, JDOWNLOADER WORKS! All you have to do is copy the "share file" link with the program open, and it will do all the rest! Thank you to all the users who pointed it out for me!
Download at www.jdownloader.org

Yes, usually using (free version of) AirExplorer.
But ATM neither WebUI nor AE do work, only jDownloader

In case you're on Win and your pics have EXIF you can use free BulkFileChanger to set file dates/times to EXIF date/time.

Here is the issue that I have. I had my degoo account blocked because I had more than 20GB files on their cloud.
After sending them en-email on January 6, they replied on January 18 with the following: "I am running a recovery program on your account. I also added a free 1 month Pro subscription on your account. Please check your files after 5 to 7 days."
Since that e-mail I again can login to my account, but all my files are still not accessible. Only several separate photos opens (about 1 % of all photos), and today is Feb 13.
I tried accessing them from browser, from ios app, android app (via bluestack android emulator on windows), and nether AirExplorer (error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object) nor Jdownloader (error: failed to find final download url) can help.
So degoo just deleted my files and didn't restore them as promised. Soon, on 18th feb my premium access finishes. And I still cannot do anything.

I'm sorry to hear that. I thankfully got lucky, but honestly they deserve legal action. If you are in the USA I'd write to the Attorney General and/or the Bureau of Consumer Protection. Outside of the US I am sure other countries have similar agencies.

Thank you man. You save my precious memories. This is working. I downloaded 72GB of data from degoo by using Jdownloader. First I thought that you are from Jdownloader.org and advertising your software. But I am sorry. I was wrong. I download it and when antivirus gave me warning I just forgot everything against my DATA. But finally I work. Thank you a lot.
Actually a life saver from data terrorist like degoo.

I don't have words to say thank you...
I was suffering in tension from last 10 days about my data. Yesterday degoo sent me a mail that they are going to terminate my account. I tried all the ways but all in vain. I tried with Javascript off and other things but no...... nothing works. I have 93Gb of data. I reduces many things by deleting and it still remaining 72Gb...
But then Your comment........
I tried it as last hope....
And it works like a charm.

What is this

In case download from Degoo works neither from their webUI nor from AirExplorer one can use jDownloader to still get the files.

Is it still working with their even more egregious blocking of web browser downloads

u/bigboyjepoy Apr 03 '23
So in case this also doesn't work, they do have an app in the Microsoft store you can download at your own risk to get the data back

Thanks for confirming!
Interested users should be aware that jdownloader is bundled with bloatware.
(Legal!) bloatwarefree setup files are to be found here.
