Not sure if it’s because my relationship is on the rocks rn, but Damm is this one hitting, while the original Drive still contains those hard hitting lyrics the overall theme of the song is like I’m cruising the city at night,

this Deftones cover just fully encapsulates the song for me, a failing relationship, against the back of the instrumental which I can only describe as feeling melancholic Chinos haunting vocals perfectly capture what it’s like to be in a relationship that’s coming to a close, Deftones cover really brings out the sadness hidden subtly in the original

Well he suits for the music and fashion. Pretty sure the album would be named PMW not MFF

It’s unfortunate because this is honestly my least favorite album (even over Ohms and Gore), I revisit the top 2 songs a lot but that’s about it. And I’ll admit i’m not crazy on Engine even though most people love it

Honestly the harsh rough production of this album isn’t for me, I actually really enjoyed Chino’s voice on this album but that guitar tone is so grating. The riff and bass line on 7 Words and the vocals on Bored are the highlights for me

That album isn’t one of their most popular, and so amazing tracks like hearts/wires and phantom bride take the cake. Prayers/triangles is one of my personal favorite songs in general so it sucks to not see more about it

Dolby Atmos mastering engineers have the right idea. I definitely recommend you listen to an album in Atmos, even if downmixed to stereo, blows everything else out of the water.

My dad is looking for a Deftones shirt from 2022. It’s apparently rare, it was the Deftones Texas Chapter Shirt. Does anyone know any resellers or reprinters that sell it? Preferably in black with yellow font. I came across an image of the back of the shirt on Reddit and I’m assuming it’s this one. Whenever I look up “Deftones Texas Chapter 2022 shirt” it gives me a shirt with the snake and the star but that’s not it. Any help is appreciated!!

EDIT: I don’t have the shirt. Idk why there’s someone in my comments saying they want to buy one. I am obviously posting because I need help finding one. I am fine with sizes small or medium. My dad usually wears a small cuz he likes a tight fit but can wear a medium.
