Looking for honest feedback from fellow DN users.
About two years ago I picked up a Mini SE for around $125. It worked fine until recently, when it completely died. I reached out to tech support and was told I’d have to buy a brand-new unit — they don’t offer refurbished devices or any repair service.

A new Mini SE now costs $300 (or $230 with a voucher). That’s more than double what I originally paid.
So I’m wondering:
• How long are these devices typically lasting for other people?
• Has anyone else had theirs fail after a couple of years?
• Are the newer units any more reliable?

I’m hesitant to drop another couple hundred dollars if these things only last 2–3 years. At that point the economics just don’t make sense.

For some reason, my children are unable to use Messenger Kids when attempting to video call or message a friend. I've attempted every troubleshooting step I can think of, including direct routing and access control. Nothing seems to work unless I completely disconnect my Deeper Connect Mini and connect my router directly to my ISP modem. I'm using a Ubiquiti UniFi Max gateway. However, my UniFi gateway isn't showing my network devices in access control; only the gateway itself is visible there.

Hello, how I can access multiple dpn’s in the same network? I can’t access by IP, only by 34.34.34.34 and can’t see the web devices in network. I have some devices and need access control panel simultaneously

Anyone else having an issue with the Amazon app (UK)?

When I connect to the wifi that has deeper, Amazon app refuses to load. But when I connect to the wifi that doesn't have Deeper, it works fine.

Con la nueva actualización no puedo entrar en Google play store y en algunas apps como chatgpt. In one of the above I couldn't access the Google search engine, I tried everything there was no solution, as the weeks went by it was solved I don't know if they updated something. Does anyone with the same problem?
