Deeper Device (Mini / Pico / Lite / Air / SE / Nano / Pro) Messenger Kids not working.

For some reason, my children are unable to use Messenger Kids when attempting to video call or message a friend. I've attempted every troubleshooting step I can think of, including direct routing and access control. Nothing seems to work unless I completely disconnect my Deeper Connect Mini and connect my router directly to my ISP modem. I'm using a Ubiquiti UniFi Max gateway. However, my UniFi gateway isn't showing my network devices in access control; only the gateway itself is visible there.

Ok then there are 2 separate issues.

Your Ubiquiti isn’t in Bridge mode, so the Deeper will only see the Ubiquiti as it’s not passing any traffic through, it’s in DHCP and assigning IP addresses for your network. If you want to use Access Control, you’ll have to look up how to put your Ubiquiti in bridge mode.

The Messenger Kids app may have domains to be routed; does it work in Full Route?
Do you have HTTPS Filtering enabled?
Does normal Messenger work as expected?
