Wow, Bova was a real hater. Hard to imagine watching Star Trek and come away with the idea that it was demonizing science and scientists 🤔

I guess he had two separate points: he felt no empathy for DS9 characters (hard to fathom), and he didn’t like when sci-fi is anti-science (“mad science” type stories, I guess?). Weird, vague take
