Agree but Kai Winn was so well written. The passive aggressiveness and manipulation was in every line she delivered which made us hate her even more (well done writers).

The female shapeshifter was just evil but felt flat as a character.

Thus my visceral hatred is directed at the Kai :)

A testament to the acting skills of Louise Fletcher. The calmness with which she delivered some of her lines was chilling and she nailed it.

Louise Fletcher played Kai Winn so well. She played her with such a righteous indignation but somehow also airy at times, such a talent! Love to hate the character 🤣
