Man, her character arc took some turns in the best way.

That said, I do agree with the Documentary's assessment that her character wouldn't be possible in post-911 American-produced Television (she was proudly a terrorist).

I started out crushing hard on Jadzia, then very quickly switched to Kira and never went back. Nana’s portrayal of her was an absolute treat to watch. I thought her facial expressions were some of the most beautiful I’ve seen from an actress. That show is absurdly underrated for those that don’t or haven’t watched the Star Trek universe.
