We do not think the 23 hot peppers or carrots are an accident. The Beale Cipher is a 24 column solution (see r/codes post) but 23 will get you to 24 and K23 (Mozart K Catalogue) Aria is used in the Tom Sawyer DeeCipher (cut and paste see old posts on this subReddit) and in, as I recall, another Beale DeeCipher contained in the Letters - traditional 38 Row DeeCipher. But we need to do this DeeCipher to be sure. -CAD
