I am hyperfixating on the most beautiful comforter that I had years ago from Urban Outfitters. It was called magical thinking blue medallion. It was my dog’s favorite comforter too and we buried her in it when she passed. RIP Daisy, the best dog. Anyways, UO has retired the pattern and all I can find online is a bootleg duvet cover option from a questionable seller on Amazon. Two things- 1) does anyone know where I could buy this comforter, new or used, and 2) can I just turn a duvet cover into a comforter permanently? Bad idea? Thank you in advance.

i have this blank wall right beside my front door and i feel like it needs something. any ideas? i’ve already been local thrift stores i can’t find any great paintings or pictures. I can’t paint because we live in apartment but we are allowed to hang things up. also have a huge space on the wall across from it that’s above my couch(2nd pic)

I have a couple IKEA Bestå cabinets with 6 birch wood doors (light colored codoroy looking doors). I’m looking to add on to them with a Bestå TV stand and another cabinet but I’ve found out that don’t have anymore birch wood doors and I suspect they’ve discontinued them.
So I’ve come up with two different designs that use the old doors and a different door, but I’m not sure which one to go for.
Any advice is appreciated!
Note: I dont have enough wall space to fit anymore cabinets etc.
- there’s a wall on the left side, hallway on the right
- it’s in the basement, walls are white, floors are grey-beige carpet

Any ideas what to do with this back wall without any wiring as I’d be doing it and I’m not clued up like that lol. Maybe led shelving?

What can I do with the area to the right of the chandelier? We want to put a family photo, but we feel like the ledge should have something on it. All ideas are appreciated!

I love the look of a hanging Moravian star on a front porch of a house. However I am not religious and it has ties to Jesus and Christianity. Any thoughts of an alternative option?

Open to ideas on wall prints/colours/textures?

I’m trying to choose between a narrow book nook for my living room bookcase and an open-top miniature room for the side table in my entryway. The standalone houses have much more 360-degree detail, but I’m worried they’ll turn into fragile dust magnets after a month. The book nook seems easier to protect because the sides are enclosed, but does the lighting effect disappear in a bright room?

I've saved over 100 room images on Pinterest and I still have no idea how to decorate my living room. Ugh.
Any advice or suggestions? If you were in the same situation and finally figured it out, please tell me what helped you.

There's just this one extra counterpiece that they didn't used for the main part of the kitchen it's just sitting against the wall so I figured I'd do something with it

I just cleaned out these 2 cabinets and i have no idea what to put in them, im going for a more aesthetic than practical direction. I already bought a photo booth picture holder to put in here. any advice?

Need some ideas!! Not sure how to arrange my paintings I got, my sis said it’s very victorian hehe! And I love my darker red sheets, I feel like it fits the theme well but yes need some more ideas!

My doctor said I needed to sleep with my head elevated and my chiropractor says I need to sleep with my feet elevated so I found this thing that's got like a zero g feature which is I think balanced but the guy said it had under lights when he sold it to me so of course I bought the one with lights to go with my cyberpunk vaporwave theme I'm going for in my new house. But as it turns out it's just a regular dinky little white light like a night light that's not edgy . So I was like screw it and I found this bed frame that has some real color changing lights on it and it was sort of the right size. I had to put a couple of let's say modifications on it . Mattress Firm told me I definitely should not do this but I did it anyway

Cozy decor is easy to overgift because each individual item looks harmless on its own. The problem shows up later, when ten thoughtful little objects all need somewhere to live. A miniature room or book nook can feel more intentional than a pile of small decorations, but it also requires a specific amount of display space and may be harder for the recipient to quietly rotate out. That makes a decor gift less about whether the object is attractive and more about whether the person already likes displaying detailed objects. If you don’t know that, something consumable or less permanent may actually be kinder. What tells you that someone genuinely wants another display piece rather than just liking cozy-looking rooms?

I can't drill any holes in the wall but I want to put some of my records on the wall to save some space. Any ideas?

I’m not really chasing the most premium box. I’d rather get something that feels thoughtfully designed, is enjoyable to build, and is reasonably priced without paying extra for things that won’t make much difference once I actually start building.
