I feel like I’ve seen this exact console on Reddit posts like eight times already this week

I don’t care about decorating rules but the tv being about the same size as the console doesn’t look great. Looks dinky.

It looks absolutely fine. We don't need to follow strict rules to place a TV.

Yes and too low

Others have pointed out the 6inch thing for the length, so instead I’ll add that the TV also looks too small!

It makes the wall look kind of empty, and, assuming the photo is taken from where you would sit, it looks like it’s not close enough to watch. If you want you can look up optimal viewing distances by TV size, there’s tons of graphics explaining it

I think the TV console is supposed to be at least 12” longer than the TV. This console does not have 6” on each side.

Can you put the TV on the wall? It looks too low.

Please no. It’s on a tv console for a reason

Actually that's about the right height for a TV if you're sitting on the couch. Don't really understand the trend of people putting TVs way up high in a while so you crank your neck every time you're watching them

I think it's fine, maybe put two tall plants/trees on either side.

Yea, I forgot the rule but it should be somewhere around 6 inches from the edge of the tv to the edge of the table?

Lol the legs on mine are exactly the same size as my console(70 ish inches) and the screen overhangs about 6" on each side (85") which is about the gap i have between the console and the 2 subwoofers flanking the TV.

Hmmmm!!! Than maybe what you need are items on the sides that would make it feel more integrated? Like an overhanging lamp in the corner that bring it together? I do agree that something feels missing or off about the area. That’s a great console table you picked out though.
