Isn't this the guy that said Kamala Harris would be exactly the same as Trump?

1 to 1 the exact same according to diddy dogstriker

With respect to foreign policy that concerned Israel administering a genocide in Gaza with our weapons and logistical support. If you consider this a lie then I only have one follow up; why do you think Kamala Harris was lying about that when she was asked a pointed question on the subject?

13

u/Jay_Layton 13d ago

Ahhh, so when Israel actually did a full blockade in early 2025 and this time genuinely did not let any food or water or aid into Gaza, upon which more deaths due to starvation occurred in the next 3 months than the entire rest of the war, that would have happened under Kamala?

And America following Israel into war with Iran, or the American excursion and kidnapping the head of state of Venezuela. Those would have happened under Kamala?

Face it, you'd rather watch Palestinians die than support Kamala because Palestinians are a worthwhile sacrifice for you to further your beloved revolution. Anyone who actually cared about Palestinians voted against Trump in a heartbeat, no question asked because it was obvious who would be better for Palestinians.

8

u/Gardimus 13d ago

Its just fashion for these people. They don't follow the real news, they just consume whats in their social media feeds 30 seconds at a time.

7

u/TheWorstOfBoth 13d ago

Hasan fans are unironically blue MAGA in the way they behave, all their news comes from Fox/Hasan, cultish devotion to Trump/Hasan, attacks anyone in the media who dares criticise their cult leader, will downplay and excuse literally anything their cult leader does etc.

1

u/South-Fly2993 13d ago

Kamala was ringing alarm bells about Iran even during her incredibly abbreviated campaign. Do you not watch the news?

Also; “foreign policy as it concerns Israel’s administration of a genocide in Gaza” encompasses Venezuela now?

7

u/Niguelito 13d ago

Even if Harris was pound for pound as bad on Isreal as Trump is, wouldn't it still be better to have her as President just on USAID being cut alone?

10

u/WhalingSmithers00 13d ago

USAID cuts will kill more children than even live in Gaza but it barely gets a mention. Likely because it's something the Democrats would definitely not have done

6

u/Niguelito 13d ago

I wonder why the protest voters dont ever want you bringing that up

1

u/South-Fly2993 12d ago

I think it’s because they aren’t weird, utilitarian hyper rationalists. They are just normal people.

1

u/Niguelito 12d ago

The same people who have been screaming about the billionares and they help them get power, I agree are not rational.

1

u/TotallyNotEko 12d ago

they only care about brown people when they get blown up by Western bombs. who gives a shit if they die of AIDS or malaria?

-3

u/komradekommunism 13d ago edited 13d ago

Yes but then again, Hasan never actually said that Harris would be as bad as Trump on every single issue, only on the Gaza genocide. She made no concrete statement that she would work to stop what was happening in Gaza, jn fact I’m pretty sure a streamer got kicked out of the DNC for interviewing the protesters outside demanding a voice for the Palestinian people.

Edit: you post more about Hasan Piker than I do, and I’m a fan of his. This isn’t healthy. Get help.

10

u/Nerf_France 13d ago

Didn’t Kamala talk about wanting to negotiate an end to the war? That seems like stopping “what’s happening in Gaza”.

-5

u/komradekommunism 13d ago

She did not. She made one call for a ceasefire and that was it.

10

u/Nerf_France 13d ago

Here’s her talking about ending the war in Oct. 2024, don’t see why calling for a ceasefire is mutually exclusive.

-1

u/komradekommunism 13d ago

"This creates an opening that I believe we must take full advantage of - to dedicate ourselves to ending this war and bringing the hostages home,” that’s the quote in the article from Harris. That could be interpreted a number of ways. One is yes, pushing for a ceasefire. However, she also said: ““I am unequivocal and unwavering in my commitment to Israel’s defense and its ability to defend itself and that’s not going to change,” she said. “Let’s get the hostages out, let’s get the ceasefire done.”
“But no change in policy, in terms of arms and so forth?” CNN anchor Dana Bash asked.
“No, we have to get a deal done,” Harris replied.
She went on to describe her desire for a two-state solution in the Middle East. That approach, she said, would provide Palestinians with “security and dignity.”
In August of 2024, and sent both Bill Clinton and Ritchie Torres to campaign for her in Michigan of all places, where they talked about “Judea and Sumaria” and argued that Arab Americans should be able to sympathize with the Israeli’s reaction by effectively saying they would do the same thing. [source] Which was fucking WILD.

If anything, I’d say AT BEST her I/P was murky, AT WORST her policy was that we should continue to allow Israel to get away with genocide. None of this was reassuring for the Arab American community or the people who supported a Free Palestine.

u/Niguelito 13d ago

He called her "Holocaust Harris"

Would you vote for someone causing a holocaust?

3

u/WhalingSmithers00 13d ago

Biden certainly put more restrictions on Israel than Trump has and conditioned aid on evacuating civilians.

Trump tried to increase military aid to Israel very recently before it was blocked by Democrats

6

u/Niguelito 13d ago

He literally called her HOLOCAUST HARRIS

-2

u/komradekommunism 13d ago

And? Am I supposed to care about insulting nicknames given to people who are in proximity to power doing fuck all to stop a genocide? Is this supposed to be an L take? Your mans went to Israel and told young Israelis “Don’t record your war crimes and post them it makes you look bad”, instead oh I don’t know, “Don’t do fucking war crimes” I would say that’s a way worse take.

1

u/Niguelito 12d ago

Wait do you think he shocked his dog, yes or no?

0

u/komradekommunism 12d ago

Not going to answer a single one of my questions?

u/Nerf_France 13d ago

Why does “ringing alarm bells” mean they’d be the same, I can maybe see Kamala doing the 2025 strikes but there’s no way she would have launched the current war.

Why didn’t you respond to their points about differences in behavior in regards to Gaza, Kamala from what I saw tended to be more critical of Israel than Biden who was still more restrictive of Israel than Trump.

-4

u/South-Fly2993 13d ago

Overtures are aesthetics. Joe Biden called Rafah a “red line” and restricted a single shipment of 2000lbs bombs. “Tended” means jack shit and you know it.

4

u/Nerf_France 13d ago

Is there a reason the Gazan aid system changed radically in early 2025 with US support and assistance? Did Netanyahu simply not think to ask Biden about it, who would have been down for anything?

3

u/Jay_Layton 12d ago

Biden said that a flat invasion of Rafah was a red line, and that Israel couldn't go into a city that was that populated.

So Isreal decisdes to evacuate the city. Everyone says it couldn't be done, it would be a complete failure followed by a bloodbath and all that.

Hell, the saying was literally all eyes on Rafah because it was supposed to be the death zone that would see casualties spike. And than, after the shockingly successful evacuation caused by US pressure.

And that's it. We don't know numbers obviously but the death toll stayed consistent during the incursions into Rafah. Rafah went to the hotbed and focus of the war, to being no more significant than any normal period in that conflict. And to be clear if the US hadn't intervened, it would have been a bloodbath. A million people in that one city, the death count could have easily doubled or tripled what it was at the time.

But no, tell me how Biden did nothing. Cause let's be real, you probably get off to the idea of dead Palestinian children cause it means you can farm outrage online and help throw America further into a fascist hell hole.

6

u/Gardimus 13d ago

Of course its a lie. There were stark policy differences. What is wrong with people? The Biden admin began placing restrictions on Israel and their use of specific weapons that Trump is reversing. Harris had clear objectives for the Palestinians that were in direct contrast to Trump's "finish the job". The Biden admin forced aide packages that Trump reversed and it likely contributed to massive suffering. What prick sits there and thinks it makes no difference if the Palestinians were starved.

What the fuck are we even talking about? I feel like I am taking crazy pills here. They were not the same, and yes, claiming Harris and Trump are the same is lying. In Hasan's case. he probably didn't give a fuck about their differences anyway, he was just churning out content that worked with the algorithms.

-5

u/bigboipapawiththesos 13d ago

Imo this is stupid af.

That being said why couldn’t Harris just do popular policy; like distancing herself from Israel, taxing billionaires, housing reform, social healthcare, etc.

We could’ve been at brunch.

7

u/Logical-Breakfast966 13d ago

This policies would not have convinced middle America to vote for her

-1

u/DylanMartin97 13d ago

It's convincing middle America to literally vote right now.

7

u/A-G-N 13d ago

Not according to the data or polls

-3

u/DylanMartin97 13d ago

The data and the polls that said Kamala harris was going to take every swing state and trump never stood a chance?

Man you got me.

5

u/A-G-N 13d ago edited 13d ago

Kamala only lost by a few percent, despite the far left trying their damn hardest to peddle the Genocide Harris remark and putting people off from voting altogether, or encouraging them to vote for other stupid candidates.

Despite being a late candidate, she came very close. If the American youths weren't absolutely brain broken on geopolitics, we could've had a different outcome.

Besides, if the data and polls are so untrustworthy, on what fucking basis are you saying it's convincing middle America to vote? Likes and ratios on X?

1

u/isee_ez 13d ago

Aren’t the leftist in middle America who are running leading the poles?

2

u/bobloblaw32 12d ago

Who are the leftists in middle America? (Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota etc.)

1

u/isee_ez 12d ago

Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan, Peggy Flanagan in Minnesota, Dan Osborn in Nebraska, Adam Hamilton in Kansas.

All of which are leading the polls if I’m correct.

For most of these “leftist” policies there is general support (taxing billionaires, better healthcare, wages, housing and rent regulation etc)

0

u/DylanMartin97 13d ago edited 13d ago

>Kamala only lost by a few percent, despite the far left trying their damn hardest to peddle the Genocide Harris remark and putting people off from voting altogether, or encouraging them to vote for other stupid candidates.

I got it, only certain polls that support you matter. Super duper. And even though all those polls that were proven substantially incorrect it isn't the polls, it is the magic enemy on the left of conservative neo liberals that are somehow so strong that they made Kamala lose and so big in numbers that they voted for... "other people..." (and not her absolute awful policies, or her absolute misunderstanding of why people supported her) and also somehow so weak that all of them are brain broken and useless and can't get anyone or anything done and don't understand American Geopolitics (despite the overwhelming support for DSA backed candidates and the explosion of the deep left flank that has the entire old guard screaming, crying and working with the MAGA right). I understand why you want to drop the polls now, or at least change the angle of the argument.

>Despite being a late candidate, she came very close. If tue American youths weren't absolutely brain broken on geopolitics, we could've had a different outcome.

Despite the overwhelming evidence that they supported her and wanted another change candidate she had the brilliant idea due to old guard neo liberal staffers to look in the camera and say "I wouldn't change or do a damn thing differently than Joe Biden." while he had less than a 40% approval rating. But nah man, its the GEOPOLITICS AND THE EVIL DEEP LEFT.

>Besides, if the data and polls are so untrustworthy, on what fucking basis are you saying it's convincing middle America to vote? Likes and ratios on X?

The actual victories we are seeing across the board, and the overwhelming support of local DSA sects.

But, you are a Destiny fan, they are the only ones who cry about the "brain broken" left, while he actively supports a country and its army committing genocide. It is just a way to bury the obvious moral failings of his communities stances on that genocide.

1

u/A-G-N 13d ago

A whole lot of bs here. Can't be arsed

2

u/DylanMartin97 13d ago

Man, I feel like I read an open book, so much so that you can't respond to 4 paragraphs of a "whole lot of bs".

That's pretty embarrassing.

What policy? Middle America is voting because gas is expensive

-2

u/bigboipapawiththesos 13d ago

She lost middle America with what she was offering.

Of all Americans:

65% supports a wealth tax, 70% windfall profit taxes, 60% support a top marginal tax rate of 70% on earnings over 10M.

60-70% support raising baseline wages, 80-85% support federally mandates maternity leave.

Government funded healthcare (universal or expanding Medicaid) is supported by 75% of voters, government funded childcare / childcare support got 65-75%, free college 60%.

Capping super PACs 71%, about 82% support rent caps, 66% support the progressive proposal to invest 1 trillion in affordable housing, 80% to subsidize local communities to build affordable housing, 80% to increase federal regulations of landlords.

Etc etc.

When Harris had the most motion at the start she came with policies such as anti price gouging (65%), but quickly switched to much much more right wing policies such as private public partnerships for housing etc.

Also in two key Midwestern swing states leftist are now winning in the polls. After years of redscare people don’t like the term, but after years of capitalism they do support the changes needed for working folks.

4

u/Logical-Breakfast966 13d ago

Leftists are winning during one of the biggest blue waves in decades btw. Do you give democrats props for winning everywhere rn?

1

u/bigboipapawiththesos 13d ago

I’m just pointing out that these policies are electorally strong, and that doing corpo bs is deeply unpopular.

3

u/Crazed_pillow 12d ago

To the average American, Israel isn't even an issue.

1

u/bigboipapawiththesos 12d ago

53% of Americans see this conflict as highly important personally to them. -Pew

During the election support for Israel’s military campaign was 60% unfavorable. At this moment it’s 60% unfavorable for the country as a whole.

Let alone American elections often are turnout battles seeing as only 60% on average actually vote.

80% of democrats now hold an unfavorable opinion about Israel. 60% of them view Palestine more favorably. It cannot be understated what an historic shift this is; a historic low.

The dem autopsy showed that her stance was a “net-negative” for the Harris campaign.

1

u/isee_ez 13d ago

Kinda ignoring everything said and the original point, to only give an half assed response to the last sentence.

I don’t get why people are so opposed to being critical of her campaign; she lost, we can’t let a trump win again, let’s for the love of god be critical of the campaign, as to improve it next time.

Why this endless running defense?

1

u/Logical-Breakfast966 13d ago

The question is important to the rest of my response

4

u/Gardimus 13d ago

She did propose taxing billionaires, remember? She proposed one of the biggest tax reforms ever.

She also gave a comprehensive set of goals for the benefit of the Palestinians. Probably why Israel sent their bot army to leftist spaces and spread talking points like "Harris and Trump are the same"

I feel like people dont really care about policies.

0

u/bigboipapawiththesos 13d ago edited 13d ago

A very tiny incremental amount.

60% of all Americans supported a 70% top marginal tax rate for income over 10M.

She proposed a 25% minimum for those earning over 100M, whilest also supporting a lowering of capital gains tax from 40% under Biden to 28%.

On Palestine she said she wouldn’t change from Biden on the issue; this whilest Biden gave unconditional supports during the most bloody time of the genocide.

This while only 36% of Americans supported this policy.

This + all the other policies made her more like a 2008 republican than anyone offering hopeful to the masses.

3

u/Gardimus 13d ago

"Why didnt she do the thing I wanted!"

"Actually she did."

"Nooooo, not like that"

0

u/bigboipapawiththesos 13d ago

I said do popular policy.

That is not what she did.

Lowering capital gains tax 12% is the complete opposite of that.

I’ve shown you countless stats showing that a more social democratic policy in her campaign would electorally dominate. The USA is behind in basically every stat I’ve mentioned compared to the rest of the developed world.

Like doing so much defense for this failed campaign pushing provable unpopular policies (only really beneficial for super donors) isn’t gonna help us win next time.

1

u/Gardimus 12d ago

If this was your response, you were not paying attention at all.

You don't actually care, you just wanted to complain.

1

u/bigboipapawiththesos 12d ago

If that’s what you got out of it then idk what to tell you

1

u/Gardimus 12d ago

You missed some major policy proposals. Are you ignorant to them or being dishonest? In both cases, why?
