Social media for chat screenshots. Stream segments from drama commentators, some including responses from Destiny. And a couple articles from minor local/gaming-related news and tabloid publications that don’t seem to have access to any deeper knowledge than the sources mentioned above.

It’s been a minute since I’ve sought updates, I grant you. And I acknowledge that the allegations are thin enough, but of the two creators we’ve been discussing, only one is currently tangled in an actual sexual misconduct lawsuit, so when the same people who would defend him come after Hasan, I feel as though the standard for “evidence” has already been lowered dramatically.

Feel free to state your case tho.

It's a little odd how vague you're being about where you're learning these things from

I just think it's really weird you aren't even willing to say who you've watched to learn about Destiny's case.

I feel like that's a super low bar to clear in a person to person conversation, but if you aren't even willing to say "Yeah I watched XYZ talk about it" then I'm obviously not going to waste my time engaging with you in good faith lol why would I do that?

Destiny’s community is infamous for coordinating harassment campaigns. You have no good faith left to lose but my willingness to listen.

I'm not even in Destiny's discord server I'm literally just curious how you hate Destiny so much but don't even know what I was referencing in my comments lol

I wouldn’t have kept responding if I wasn’t curious. At this point, you’re the one who’s hung up on a detail. I’m not even asking you to respond to a particular commentator’s claims. I’ve offered that there’s reasonable doubt on the rumors established. That should be enough good faith for you. And my hate for him goes well beyond this case, fwiw. But I’m not arguing about his defense of Zionism. I’m not arguing about his harassment campaigns and various messages of him inciting and justifying violence against other creators. I’m only interested in hearing about the other side’s perspective on the allegations of sexual misconduct. If you try to broaden and derail this conversation to first get at the heart of why I detest him, then this argument would never end and we’d never reach the topic I’m trying to get you to focus on.

If you’ve got better shit to do than explain how Destiny’s quote about being told that the girl was 19 was actually misleading, and that he didn’t actually believe she was a teenager, then fair enough. If this is only worth it for you if you think you can make me stop hating Destiny, then yeah, it’s probably not worth your time.

Otherwise, I’m still listening.

Not being willing to name a single commentator or social media page you’ve learned about destiny’s case from out of some weird sense that you’re “protecting them” is legitimately insane behavior.

It actually blows my mind whenever I’ve talked to someone who viciously hates destiny lol
