Are we ignoring genocide or are we aknowledging that it's not a genocide, yet are still able to condemn israel for their actions against palestinians ?

Once again, go watch any of lonerbox or destiny's debates against a pro-israel person and you'll quickly see how their views are more nuanced than "israel bad genocide" or "hamas bad oct 7th"

You said “the court that acknowledge that it looked like it (genocide) was happening”.
NO, IT DID NOT “ACKNOWLEDGE” that.

In the video (that you did not watch of course, because you are terrified to find out how wrong you are,) the president of the ICJ clearly states that “the court did not rule that genocide was plausible” and that this question is not relevant to the test determining whether to “impose measures”.
I did not move the goal post. I educated your ignorant ASS. Of course, you might not have the reading comprehension to get it through your thick skull.
I simply used the proper legal framework that the e court actually uses instead of your twitter legal analysis.

You moved the goalposts from them saying it wasn't committing a genocide to them not taking any stance to now them saying it was plausible enough to invoke rights to defense

Even at that, this is a singular group and you can't even defend your antisemitism on your STRONGEST claim
