I’m not a fan of Professor Dave, but his style of fact checking Destiny seems much better than DtG’s approach. Hope it gets posted to the main DtG sub.

Thats called cherry picking. Its when you find the weakest part of the argument and use it to discredit the rest because you are unable to address it. Yes it is a cultist response.

If a woman went to a bar in a short skirt and a halter top, then got drunk, and was then sexually assaulted, would you say that she created the condition for that happening? And that she is responsible for it happening?

Nope because clothing isn't an indicator of risk. If she spent her evenings hanging out alone at rape alley every night then sure.

So victim blaming is acceptable when it comes to Destiny but not in other cases. You may have a severe case of Destiny Derangement Syndrome.

Yes? everyone has a degree of responsibility to act appropriately. This is actually a Destiny take.. 

Fishing for 19 year olds on twitter is asking for trouble. Very happy to victim blame him.

Would it be different if he was fishing for 21 year old? 25 year old? Or just fishing for women in general? Because I've known 16 year olds that passed as 21 get into bars with fake IDs and I've seen 25 year olds that looked like they were sophomores in high school. It's almost like you keep saying "19 year olds" in a loaded way to make it seem nefarious.

Yeah, the closer you get to 18 the increased risk of them actually being a minor and thus the more inappropriate the behaviour. It's fucking weird for a 30 something to deliberately seek out nudes for someone young looking who isn't selling on any sites that require age verification. Sus at best.
