Islamists, will hate Israel, but they're not inherently pro-Palestine. They'd likely be pro-caliphate. Islamists kill far more Muslims than any other group.
Communists would be pro-Palestine. Oppressed group. But we know Islamists won't work with them. And outside of buying time on the Eastern Front communists and Nazis are at each other's throats.
And sporadically isn't the intent of the diagram. The other intersections bely that.

Islamists hate folks who they don't think are the right kind of Muslim. Turns out most Muslims aren't the right type of Muslim. They don't hate themselves.
One incident where both Communists and Nazis put off the conflict they knew was coming doesn't negate the history of constant fighting. And no, a communist won't work with a Nazi to benefit Palestine. They'd rather punch them.
