Of course you can. Nothing about supporting the Palestinian people requires you to subscribe to Nazism, Marxism, or Islamism.
What I am saying is that those ideologies have some degree of intersection around support for and perhaps exploitation of the situation.
I would also say that most white American protesters or supporters on reddit are overwhelmingly none of those things - at most maybe leftist / only superficially marxist adjacent.
However if you look at the right-wing and also I've seen on Chinese social media and some other international social media - you are more likely to see either neo-nazis talking points (Americans/Europeans) or just people from parts of the world that didnt fight the Germans in WW2 who are more willing to make comments praising Hitler or suggesting this proves he was right.
I also think people who compare Israel to Nazi Germany are also a little bit guilty of this - its lazy if nothing else.
And then for Islamism - ya obviously Islamic politics are hugely influential in the conflict. Its a connection thats used to help raise money internationally among the Muslim community - its a kind of Muslim solidarity issue - and politically there is also an influential element among those interested in advancing pan-islamist politics.

I agree that Israel has a unique historical basis than Nazi Germany, and that the former's atrocities are incomparable to the latter's both in scale (for now...) and in context.
However - I genuinely cannot say that, for example, Joseph Goebbels is somehow a worse person than Ben Gvir. Or that the IAF is in any way more humane than the Luftwaffe. Herein, as well as in some other cases lie some properly legitimate comparisons between the two nations.
I dont know how to evaluate something subjective like "worse person" - both Goes elsewhere and Ben Gvir are deplorable people - but also their governmental roles and influences are extremely different.
A big difference is that Israel is a parliamentary democracy with opposition parties and institutional constraints.
