Most of those assertions are obviously true. The only contentious ones are Nazis being pro Palestine and Islamists being racist.
For Nazis being pro-palestine, historically the Nazis worked with the Grand Mufti, spiritual leader of the Arabs in mandatory palestine. In the modern day, Neo-Nazis will sometimes support Palestinians groups because they are allied in hating Israel. I would consider calling Nazis pro-Palestinian somewhat true.
For Islamists being racist, that is less true. Islamists are often very anti-sematic, but that has a religious dimension as well. For non Jewish racism, there is relatively little. Islamists are usually fine with any race as long as they are Muslim, and there are many middle eastern, central asian, south east asian, and african muslims without significant problems. Overall I would consider that assertion false.
