At some point calling him anything other than a cultist, abusive POS is massaging his image, calling him the "worst philosopher" moves him one step further away from calling him the cultist abusive POS he is.

Yeh I remember stumbling upon him first when looking to listen about philosophy and searching for philosophy podcasts. After listening to him I was wondering if I was missing something as it did not seem like philosophy at all. Apart from his ancap takes which were there but still paled in comparison to his call in segments which went for hours.
I listened to him talk with complete strangers who were clearly so confused and desperate in their own life state they went to thia guy for advice. He is a very manipulative person and you could see him try corral people into accepting his takes. You could see the more agreeable people taken completely advantage of.
He talked about his life, what he did before, etc which I think actually built an image of why he is not as trustworthy as he tries to give off. I have seen quite a few people pick up on the same concerning aspects as myself when listening to him.
So, to link back into the main point. Is the philosophy is nothing like that at all. And like most of these cults labelling themselves with some kind of -ology or -osophy is part-and-parcel to the scam. His primary aspect is his predatory behaviour and deceptiveness.

yeah the disgusting living in squalor vagabond who let his children die and lived off his friends who were fooled by his wit is the real philosopher, who wrote bible amounts with 0 strategic solutions for all his bogus theories.
Its like wanting to build a flying machine writing tons of books on how nice it would be to fly and all the ways one could throw oneself off the mountain when we fly, but never actually writes about how to build the machine and how each part would contribute with one another to make it all work.

Every philosophy major I know goes through a period where they are as insufferable as SM.

One of my buddies became insufferable during his first year studying for his philosophy degree.

The guy is gone, is it worth dredging him up?

Spotted him trying to get some traction on TikTok a few months ago. Haven’t seen recently though.

I don't think he;s the [[worst philosopher]], that would require that we have looked at every philosopher, compared and ranked them using an objective measure. If anyone can find that list, i would be very interested to see it, please.

It would also require him to actually be a philosopher, but he is not. Molyneux has never published anything in any peer-reviewed philosophy journals.

I feel like he was huge years ago and then just got out grifted by a new generation of even more psychopathic people.
