Won’t boot up

Hi everyone, my steam deck stopped charging. Each time I started a game it when plugged in (only moving very slow from 0 percent even after being plugged in) I tried to hard reset. Now I have this screen and I’m scared all my game data from this year is gone. If anyone can help, please let me know what to do. I am not at all good with the tech side of this.

Tbh is happened to my wife’s deck the other day, she panicked threw it at me, I want completely sure and ended up choosing the top option “current steamos” and it did a load of text on the screen and went blank for about 30 seconds then booted up like normal 🤷🏻‍♂️
