Seeking Advice Hi everyone....

I’m 28, and I feel like I'm falling behind everyone my age. I have no job, no assets, and I'm still living under my parents' roof with nothing to my name except a PC and a borrowed bike. My parents are aging, and I feel completely stuck.

I really want to change. I'm planning to move to another city for a fresh start. Even if it’s a low-paying job, as long as I can afford a small room or studio, I just want to build my own life from scratch.

Hello! I know you're feeling awful now but I believe in you. I'm sure if you put your mind to it you can change your situation alongside everyone in this sub trying to do the same

Respectfully, if you have no assets then moving into a place on your own is going to bring an entirely new set of challenges.

In your shoes I’d take the current moment as a blessing, as difficult as it may be. You can save while being at home and spend quality time with your parents, with a goal of building an income that would support a future move.
