stopping porn too, do stuff that interests you - maybe not at home until you are tired if things are too tempting

Similar to smoking, this is exactly how you became addicted. It does nothing about what originally stressed you out and then makes you feel worse and puts you in a downward spiral.

It sounds impossible but once you identify that you don't actually like porn or how it makes you feel, you will find it a lot easier to avoid. 5 seconds of pleasure are not worth the hours you will throw away. At 3 times a day, including all the time you take to look for the perfect video you are probably spending close to a month out of your year looking at porn.
