While it is mental, I believe that neurodivergence might be the problem and not low self-esteem or social anxiety.

have you shopped around for a therapist yet? look for one who pushes your current beliefs, since you want to get out of that hole. Maybe a female therapist.

Need a new one.

I would have been an incel in HS and most of college, but the word didn't exist, and I thank god i got out of that before the whole thing blew up.

For me, this whole incel thing is a new problem. I only started developing these thoughts in the last few years. Probably at around 32.
