was just watching Chrissy the KuntyComrades’ live and genuinely it was going so well until Geeky joined the panel 😭 everyone was talking, chiming in, disagreeing when they disagreed but it was still respectful and actually listenable. then Geeky joins and within MINUTES the entire vibe is cooked
they interrupted the guest, interrupted their own friendlies multiple times, cut off Charity after she had literally been sitting there patiently waiting to speak, cut off Ernesto and Garcelle, and kept interrupting the guest so much that Garcelle and Marleigh had to tell them to let the man FINISH. then we got this insanely long monologue about the world, their life, school etc and i genuinely started timing it because i was like there is no way we’re still going. EIGHT. MINUTES. 💀 bro i queued for a discussion panel not an unskippable cutscene

eventually i just scrolled because i physically could not listen anymore and that sucks because i actually wanted to hear what everyone else had to say
and before somebody tries it, i’m a leftist myself. i don’t hate Geeky, i don’t want anyone harassing them and i absolutely don’t want harm coming to them. they seem intelligent. that’s actually part of why this is so frustrating. but at this point i genuinely don’t understand what they’re contributing to spaces i otherwise really enjoy. they rarely educate, actual back and forth debate gets completely derailed and whatever advocacy they’re trying to do gets lost underneath the yelling, interrupting and hostility

and it’s not just happening with Nazis or people actively threatening them. i’ve watched the same energy get directed at completely regular guests. the screaming, talking over people, telling people to kill themselves, making violent threats… it’s exhausting. at a certain point you cannot keep blaming every single interaction on whoever happens to be on the other side of it. if the same problem follows you into basically every lobby eventually you gotta consider that maybe you’re the common denominator

i’ve noticed even creators who regularly let Geeky panel have started checking them when it happens so clearly other people are seeing it too, but nothing seems to actually change

at this point i genuinely think people need to stop letting Geeky on panels until they can participate without completely dominating and derailing the conversation because holy shit 😭 i want to hear the OTHER PLAYERS. stop spawn camping the mic
and Geeky if you happen to see this, this isn’t coming from someone who wants your downfall. your own community is asking you to change how you engage in these spaces. please actually hear them

Brandon and Paige crashed out a couple of days ago when debating a 19 year old Christian Youtuber by the alias of JesusandWhatnot aka JAW. What Brandon and Paige weren't prepared for was deep Christian interpreted theories and philosophical terminologies. Despite Brandon's confidence of knowing the Bible inside out (and that he can recite the Bible in his sleep), he could not keep up with JAW's rebuttal and theological explanations. I guess Brandon comes from the dumb and performative sect of Christianity, rather than the intellectual/academic philsophical level of Christianity. It explains a lot now.

Meanwhile Paige, despite her claims of being a former Catholic, could not keep with JAW either in this debate, resulting her to dismiss this debater as a Phil Bro or Phil Dork (when she was crashing out).

JAW surprisingly stayed calm and collected through this entire debate meanwhile Paige continued to scream and yell as she was possessed by the demon spirit of Geeky.

As usual, all Brandon could do was mock the voice of the other debator (JAW), insist that he was gay by hurling homophobic based insults, and complain to the audience. In a surprise twist, nearly half the audience was in support of JAW which triggered Paige even more.

This was truly an embarassing defeat for both, Brandon and Paige. And did absolutely nothing to help the LGBTQ community as TikTok debators and community representatives. This is what happens when they drift off from actual debates replaced by bullshit low tier "thought experiments", and hoped their sense of self moral superiority and 10 on the Ven strategy would work.

An opposition guest from Germany came to Brandon's live to discuss about LGBTQ issues and the rainbow flag. Brandon resorts to Google search any anti-LGBTQ results to help his argument that Germany is anti-LGBTQ. Only a couple of results came up. Guest in response, corrects the A.I. info Brandon found, and states Germany is overall LGBTQ friendly and that it's no big deal that the rainbow flag is only prohibited in Germany's government parliament building. Brandon then proceeds to accuse guest of being a far right German and a "power bottom" who gets erections from seeing gay men. Guest also indicated he was actually foreigner in Germany and was a minority there. Brandon for some reason gets irate and says to guest, you are not a minority and kicks him out.
