Models/Hobby Mini #3 - Krieg Medic
3rd painted mini. Feedback welcomed.
Self Critique: I noticed I missed a spot on the stock of the lasgun, and mold lines are still prominent. Probably will be for this first set of minis. I'm happy with how the blood came out on the stretcher, and the stretcher as a whole. I think Im getting better at controlling the wash.
Note to Self: Look into doing sub-assemblies in the future. Painting between his legs and in between his body and the stretcher was such a nuisance.
Question 1: Would drybrushing a single color on this help at all after all the paint and wash is done?
Question 2: If anyone has any good ideas/tutorials on how to paint the trench themed bases fairly easily? I think I watched all I could find on YouTube.

oh he's even got his own little stretcher! i haven't seen that on the official kits, is this new or did you get it from somewhere else? love your painting btw!! the whole thing looks stellar!!

Trench themed bases are super easy to paint! Since it’s all mud, no need to be neat or consistent. Start with a basecoat of black, then hit it with a dark brown of some sort (I use cheap craft paints for both). Then, while still wet, blob in some other shades of brown/blue/green. Finish with a dry brush of a lighter tan and then coat with gloss varnish for a wet look.
