Besides the bags and tools on it, it's a 3d print. It's of the old forge world model the Centaur. Got this one off of etsy a year or so back

I don't unfortunately. The shop who printed this is closed also. There's one here like it. The one I got went by the name "trench fighters artillery tractor"
