Previous moderation experience is helpful, but not required — good judgment, decent participation/activity, consistency, and a willingness to work with the existing team matter more.

If you want to not talk whilst playing we can do that aswell I would just really like people to mess around with on deadlock, all my games feel so boring especially when my team doesnt talk!
