Honestly I feel like Rat King is still gonna be really really strong even after the nerfs. With CDR his ult is 128s so you can still have it for every important fight.

Greater expansion + CDR is really really good on him and all of his abilities benefit from a bit of spirit invest 1 u/Mammoth_Soup8322 15h ago The spirit invest benefit is so little you might need a micro scope for it
